Q: What is the purpose of this Martial Arts Message Board and what are the guidelines?

A: Think of it as a friendly arena for you and other Martial Artists to Post (present) upcoming events or general questions and answers to each other pertaining to any system of the Martial Arts.

Please treat The Martial Arts Board like a meeting place for you and others who are interested in the Martial Arts. Converse as if you were in a public place with your family; i.e., do not use profanity, vulgarity, SHOUT, or just be plain mean. You may want to include your E-mail address so that if one chooses, he/she can respond privately. Pictures, logos and links can be included. Please note, it is very important for you to send your picture or logo in the JPEG (jpg) or gif format 25kb or less. The most important guideline is to enjoy your forum and have fun sharing our great way of life, the martial arts way.  Enjoy!

Q: Can I put html tags anywhere in my posts?

A: Yes, in the Comments Field.

Q: Why are there colons in the message when I try to post a follow-up?

A: Colons appear in the message dialog box when you try to follow up on a message to indicate that those lines are quoting the previous document.

Q: Why didn't my post show up?
A: Your post most likely did not show up, because your browser did not reload the page, it simply pulled it out of cache. Please reload your browser and it should then appear.

Q: Where can I get the scripts for this program?
A: The scripts are written in Perl and created by Matt Wright. They are free to anyone who wishes to use them and you can get them as well as other scripts at: http://worldwidemart.com/scripts.
